Production Supervisor - Shannon, Co. Clare

Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Shannon, Co. Clare. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in production leadership to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multifunctional production team to meet daily targets and KPIs
• Coordinate staffing and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth production flow
• Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and performance
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment
• Support training and development of team members
• Collaborate with HR on reviews and training records

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation practices
• Must currently reside in Ireland and hold a valid work permit
