Contract Maintenance Engineers - Fife

Location: Fife, Scotland

Contract Length: 3-6 months (with potential to go permanent)

We're recruiting on behalf of a major client in Fife who is increasing operations due to seasonal demand. They're looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers to join on a contract basis, with the option to move into a permanent role for those interested.

Role Overview:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance across a range of machinery and equipment
• Diagnose faults and minimise downtime
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standard

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role (mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to work shifts if required
