Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of laboratory technicians across microbiology and chemistry.
• Plan and prioritize daily analytical work to meet business needs.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement efficiency improvements.
• Support team development through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results using LIMS.
• Oversee sample collection and coordination with third-party labs.
• Maintain compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Manage lab infrastructure projects and method validations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, HR, and Operations.

What You Bring

• 2+ years in a quality management or supervisory role within food, healthcare, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality and food safety regulations.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
