Press Brake Setter - Manufacturing (County Clare)

A leading precision engineering company based in Shannon, Co. Clare is seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter to join its production team. This is a key role within a fast-paced, multinational environment, offering the opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various Press Brake machines
• Lead and mentor team members
• Monitor work flow and ensure production targets are met
• Perform quality checks and preventive maintenance
• Collaborate across departments to resolve production issues
• Report performance metrics to management

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a multinational manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and technical skills
• Valid work permit and current residency in Ireland
• Training will be provided where needed.
