Lead the delivery of integrated facilities services at a key client site. Oversee operations, ensure compliance and safety, and drive performance across technical and support functions. Build strong client relationships and contribute to site development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across facilities functions.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and financial performance.
• Drive cost control, efficiency, and innovation.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld.
• Support strategic initiatives and site growth opportunities.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• Leadership experience in facilities or operational management, ideally in energy or industrial settings.
• Strong financial and contract management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with asset management standards (e.g. ISO55001) and CAFM tools (e.g. Maximo).
• Degree in Engineering, Facilities, or Business Management.
