Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Reports To: Warehouse Team Lead

Overview:
We're seeking a proactive Warehouse Operator to support daily operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves handling goods receipt, inventory management, and material distribution while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, label, and store materials following SOPs
• Pick and prepare materials for manufacturing
• Perform inventory checks and maintain database accuracy
• Ensure proper segregation of materials by hazard class and quality status
• Maintain a clean and compliant warehouse environment
• Support shipping activities and resolve any logistical issues
• Participate in continuous improvement and training initiatives
• Assist with documentation, audits, and regulatory inspections

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience in a regulated industry (pharma preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and inventory systems (e.g., SAP)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment (e.g., FLT)
• Understanding of health & safety and cold chain logistics
