Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate to join our clients Data and Analytics team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and gain hands-on experience in AI, data analysis, visualization, and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets from various sources.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Data Management and Integration:
    • Work with Palantir ecosystem to manage and integrate complex datasets.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across different platforms.
    • Participate in data governance and quality assurance processes.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Gain hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX functions, and report design.
    • Learn and apply best practices in data engineering, data visualization, and business intelligence.
    • Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.
  • Project Support:
    • Contribute to ongoing data and analytics projects, providing support in areas such as data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
    • Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data management platforms, especially Palantir ecosystem, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R or TypeScript is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • To be considered for this role applicants must hold long term RTW in the UK (British passport or ILR)
