Assembly Team leader
Main Purpose:
To support the successful launch and smooth running of Assembly operations with Client, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency to meet market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Assembly/Packaging operations to meet production targets with quality and safety compliance.
- Achieve OEE targets and production goals.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, QA, and customers for on-time output.
- Handle documentation, compliance reports, and approvals.
- Create and manage GMP documents (SOPs, CRs), and CAPA closures.
- Coordinate project plans and ensure milestones are met.
- Ensure machine safety, prevent incidents, and report hazards.
- Improve process performance, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency.
- Comply with GMP, SFDA, GDP, ALCOA principles, and SOPs.
- Represent the department in internal and external audits.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Education: Engineering degree
- Experience: 5-7 years in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, especially in equipment maintenance
- Technical Knowledge: Pharmaceutical technology and complex technical processes
- Methodology: Experience in pharma operations
- Skills: Leadership, teamwork, innovation, customer focus, urgency, collaboration, intercultural sensitivity
