Main Purpose:

To support the successful launch and smooth running of Assembly operations with Client, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency to meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Assembly/Packaging operations to meet production targets with quality and safety compliance.
• Achieve OEE targets and production goals.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, QA, and customers for on-time output.
• Handle documentation, compliance reports, and approvals.
• Create and manage GMP documents (SOPs, CRs), and CAPA closures.
• Coordinate project plans and ensure milestones are met.
• Ensure machine safety, prevent incidents, and report hazards.
• Improve process performance, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency.
• Comply with GMP, SFDA, GDP, ALCOA principles, and SOPs.
• Represent the department in internal and external audits.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Education: Engineering degree
• Experience: 5-7 years in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, especially in equipment maintenance
• Technical Knowledge: Pharmaceutical technology and complex technical processes
• Methodology: Experience in pharma operations
• Skills: Leadership, teamwork, innovation, customer focus, urgency, collaboration, intercultural sensitivity
