How Search Helps Clients Attract the Best Talent

Search by SRG partnered with a recruitment processing outsourcing (RPO) service to support the recruitment of specialist scientific roles for a biopharmaceutical company in Belgium.

The Challenge

Our client was urgently recruiting for a number of highly specialised mid-senior level roles within the GxP disciplines and wanted a recruitment partner that had an understanding of the market, roles and the unique skill-set required.

Due to where the roles are based, there was also a need to search outside of the local market, with the possibility of successful candidates having to move country.

The Solution
