

I have worked with SRG Executive search, particularly Keith and Hannah on a number of roles now, most recently our CEO / MD candidate search. This was a unique role for us as not only were we looking for a CEO, we were potentially looking for a replacement MD and scientific ambassador. Our CEO was a very experienced scientist and we knew once he retired we had to replace him not only as our leader but as our scientific ambassador. If we were to promote our MD then we would have been looking for a replacement for him along with scientific expertise, however if we were to appoint a CEO externally then we would have been looking to replace the MD also as he would have been likely to move on.

A graduate in Genetics, working initially as a bench scientist before progressing through various managerial levels. Keith has operated at Senior Management level within the scientific industry across technical operations, staff and customer management, and operational compliance with ISO17025/ISO9001.
With over 8 years of recruitment experience, Keith works in close collaboration with multiple clients to deliver recruitment projects and solutions across the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals and Medical Device industries.
Operating as Principal Consultant within the Search Division, Keith will act as Project Manager. Keith will agree project requirements for this project and manage on an ongoing basis. Acting as main point of contact, managing timelines and client interactions, Keith will ensure overall project delivery coupled with valuable market data supporting key decisions.

Hannah has spent the last 7 years working specifically in an executive search capacity delivering to the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries with roles from Director, VP levels and upwards. Initially with a Biochemistry background, Hannah spent time within boutique executive search firms before delivering senior recruitment across a number of work areas with GSK. She has delivered a diverse range of research projects across the full range of the product lifecycle across early discovery, development and manufacturing including c-suite roles.
As Principal Researcher within the Search Division, Hannah will focus solely on the candidate arm of the project. Hannah will conduct all market mapping activities, candidate identification and engagement. Hannah will hold multiple discussions to introduce the opportunity and assess candidates against the role and company on both a technical and cultural fit, making recommendations based on market intelligence.

Amelia comes from a Geophysical Sciences background where she studied the chemistry and composition of rocks from the inner layers on the earth and analysed them utilising computation modelling.
