Having graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Genetics in 2002, Keith started his career with a ten-year stint at a government-owned Forensic Laboratory, working in a variety of roles – from Scientist to Senior Manager – and gaining vital experience in Operational Management and Planning, Technical Leadership and Quality Assurance/Validation. Now, with 11 years of experience in recruitment behind him, Keith leads the Search by SRG team as both Operational Head and individual Project Lead, and typically supports clients with roles across Senior Scientific Leadership, Operations, Strategic Leaders, and Quality. 
 
Outside of work, Keith is dedicated to another important role in his life – Assistant Group Leader and Treasurer for his local Cub Scout Group. He is also a keen DIYer and Tropical Plant enthusiast. 

Having always had a passion for all things STEM and networking, Hannah moved straight into her career in recruitment after graduating with a BSc in Biochemistry in 2014. Now, having previously worked within Executive Search agencies and in Executive Recruitment at GlaxoSmithKline, Hannah oversees the SRG Search Research & Delivery group for both Executive and Senior Technical searches. With experience working with a wide range of businesses, from large fortune 500 companies to independent, not-for-profit organisations in a range of STEM fields, Hannah – assisted by an expert Research team – ensures that the best talent is identified and assessed through innovative solutions and engagement strategies, using a variety of technology platforms. 

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys countryside hikes, reading true crime novels, and playing with her cat, Enzyme!

With learnings from an academic background in social psychology and business enabling him to have a deeper understanding of people, their needs, and build flourishing relationships with them, Vlad specialises in finding Medical Experts and PhD qualified candidates for Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and Pharmacovigilance domains internationally. In his role as Technical & Executive Search Group Lead in Medical and Clinical Development for Search at SRG, Vlad is driven to discover high-quality matches between candidates and roles, receiving consistently positive feedback from hiring managers regarding the quality of candidates he finds and his input in managing the hiring process.

Typically, the roles Vlad recruits for include Medical Director, Medical Affairs Lead, Chief Medical Officer, Head of Medical Affairs, Medical Advisor/Manager, Head of Clinical Science, Clinical Lead, Clinical Study Physician, Drug Safety Physician, QPPV and Pharmacovigilance Scientists.

With over 10 years of experience, Bradley specialises in headhunting senior and executive-level technology professionals globally. For the past 5 years, he has focused solely on companies in MedTech, HealthTech, and PharmaTech. His expertise lies in recruiting for technology and technical leadership roles, offering deep insights into these markets. 

Bradley’s focus is working with companies to enable successful recruitment drives by placing the right leaders in the right places, with longevity and mutual career matching at the forefront of all hiring projects. Bradley’s work consists of 80% return business from existing clients, testament to the efficient, reliable, and successful working relationships that he creates.

As a Principal Consultant within the Search Division, Bradley serves as Project Manager throughout the headhunting process and post-hire phase. Acting as main point of contact, he oversees projects from start to finish, managing timelines, client interactions and providing valuable market insights.

Keith graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies. Working as a Training Advisor for five years before moving into recruitment, Keith brings over 25 years of recruitment experience, having worked within the Oil and Gas sectors on an Executive Consultancy basis. 

For the last 10 years, Keith has worked with a focus on the Renewables and Sustainability industry, supporting clients both in the UK and globally with specialist-targeted technical campaigns and Senior and Executive search.  Outside of work Keith enjoys long walks with his three dogs, loves history and visits country houses and castles.

Keith would typically support clients with roles across Solar Energy, Wind Energy, Geothermal Energy, Hydropower and Bio-Fuels.
