Job Title: Regional Sales Manager- Executive & Technical Search

Salary: Negotiable (+ Bonus)

We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our Search by SRG offering.

SRG’s technical and executive search offering has seen significant growth over the past three years and is a highly successful team of consultants. The core area of specialisms are:

  • Scientific, Technical & Operations
  • Medical Affairs & Clinical Development 
  • Medical Technology & Engineering
  • Al Machine Learning & Bioinformatics

Each of the consultants are highly experienced in their specialist area. What the team is now looking for is to take the offering to the next level, is someone to lead the sales activity and continue to support the growth of this fantastic division within SRG.

You will be joining a team of highly experienced driven and technical individuals who all support each other in achieving their individual team goals. Whilst the team is throughout the UK, there is a real sense of collaboration and creativity which has enabled such significant growth.

You will:

  • Report into Director, Client’s Solutions and Search
  • Take a leading role in the building of new client relationships to for the Search by SRG offering
  • Work with the team to understand their target customers and how you can support and take a lead on how to secure that business
  • Have consultive conversations with new and existing customers to develop relationships
  • Collaborate with the central client solutions team to share opportunities and MI
  • Feedback into the team what market trends you are seeing
  • Work closely with the Director of Search to develop a laser focused sales strategy for the Search offering
  • Leverage existing clients to maximise the use of the Search by SRG Solution
  • Collaborate with other sales individuals across Impellam's STEM portfolio
  • Develop proposal documents and issuing to clients
  • Keep up to date with the latest BI trends and developments and ensuring our strategy continues to reflect best practise

Required:

  • Demonstrable experience in selling staff solutions
  • Ideally have experience in selling retained executive/technical search
  • Experience in selling retained solution
  • Degree educated (preferable)
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Interested in people and naturally inquisitive
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Able to effectively deal with conflict and deliver positive and negative feedback in a calm and professional nature 
  • Resilience, empathy, creativity, honesty and emotional ability
  • Solutions focus
