Job Title: Cleaning and Sterilization Validation Consultant (Autoclave Specialist)

SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is seeking a highly experienced Cleaning and Sterilization Validation Consultant with deep expertise in autoclave operations. This role is critical to ensuring the successful validation and execution of sterilization processes during the facility's startup phase and beyond.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years hands-on experience in autoclave operations and independent execution.
• Proven ability to lead validation activities and train others effectively.
• • Leading on the floor execution
  • HP (high Purity) experience
  • Experience using Kaye's or Ellab
• Proficiency in thermocouple placement and cycle development.
• Strong understanding of steam sterilization and fixed equipment processes.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in development work related to sterilization processes.
• A proactive, volunteer-driven attitude with a willingness to take initiative and step up when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Autoclave Execution: Lead and perform hands-on autoclave execution on the manufacturing floor, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Cycle Development: Design, develop, and optimize sterilization cycles for various equipment and materials.
• Training & Leadership: Train and mentor team members in autoclave operations and validation protocols.
• Sterilization Techniques: Apply steam sterilization using fixed equipment, with a strong focus on autoclave systems.
• Validation Support: Support validation activities using tools such as Kaye's or Ellab for thermal mapping and data collection.
• Adaptability: Respond to alarms, changing priorities, and extended work hours as needed in a dynamic startup environment.
