SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time, contract Email Marketing Project Coordinator to join our client's cosmetic team in Addison, Tx. Work closely with the Senior Email Marketing Specialist and Communications team to execute against the company's email strategy and initiatives, deploying and tracking highly segmented outbound campaigns, market-specific email campaigns and digital communications related to promotions, events, and advertising.

*W2 contract only

*Work from home on Fridays

MUST HAVES:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in email marketing and automation required
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office suite and an email marketing platform required; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred
  • Passion for using data, analytics and email best practices through Marketing Cloud
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Both B2B and B2C marketing experience preferred
  • Strong service mentality to support business partners

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a deep understanding of business model and communication calendars.
  • Assist with all email campaigns, including loading lists, data extension creation, execution, testing, optimization, and follow-up.
  • Troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
  • Ensure all email marketing campaigns are always targeting the right audiences with the right message at the right time.
  • Use data to constantly analyze, diagnose, and measure performance against expectations.
  • Maintain and manage ESP/Marketing Cloud contact database.
