SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time, contract Manufacturing Technician to join our client's pharmaceutical manufacturing team.

*This is for a W2 contract only. Candidates must be available to take on either the day shift or the night shift.

Must Haves:

• A college degree in the Sciences with cell culture laboratory experience or previous experience working as a manufacturing technician or in a laboratory
• GMP knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Upstream Manufacturing (UM): Primary focus is the cleaning, sterilization and operation of fixed vessel systems for media preparations, etc. in the laboratory
• Downstream Manufacturing (DM): Responsibilities include the operation and cleaning of fixed tank systems, the operation and cleaning of filtration systems, etc.
• Operate systems that clean and sterilize tanks and filtration systems.
• Prepare materials for the production process.
• Comply with cGMP, SOP and manufacturing documentation.
• Use automation to perform production and equipment operation
