Sr. Director M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Quality
SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time permanent Senior Director of M&A Quality to join our client's medical device manufacturing team in San Diego, Ca.

Must Have Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical related field; MBA, MS preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years or relevant experience in M&A and Quality
- Recent experience in M&A at the Director level or above
- Managing quality in M&A transactions in the medical device industry at a large company
- Experience includes due diligence, leading integrations, knowing the processes and procedures specific to quality and has written them from scratch
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement company-wide tools and processes for due diligence and integration, collaborating closely with Division Quality and Corporate M&A teams.
- Oversee multiple M&A deals as the quality program manager, providing necessary support.
- Conduct thorough quality assessments and due diligence on potential acquisition targets, identifying quality risks and opportunities.
- Create detailed quality integration plans that align with the company's strategic objectives to ensure smooth transitions.
- Identify and mitigate quality-related risks throughout the M&A lifecycle, including pre-acquisition, post-acquisition, and integration phases.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on quality assessments, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with division quality, corporate quality, and IT teams to identify opportunities and challenges with QMS integration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, operations, and compliance, to ensure a comprehensive approach to quality in M&A activities.
