Lia's Wings
Corporate Charity Partner 2022/2023
SRG are proud to partner with national charity, Lia's Wings, as their chosen corporate charity partner.
This charity ensures that babies and critically-ill children can access specialist care wherever they are in the UK, providing travel between hospitals by aeroplane. Lia's Wings is the only known air ambulance charity in the UK that supports this unique service. The transfers provided by Lia's Wings deliver life-changing outcomes for the children, involving children being discharged from extensive hospital stays, overcoming diseases like cancer, and receiving a diagnosis. The NHS does not have any budget for air ambulance transfers and relies on Lia's Wings to provide this essential service at no cost.
SRG have chosen to partner with Lia's Wings after discovering the impact and importance of their service, along with their close ties to science, medicine, technology, and engineering, We are dedicated to activating a number of fundraising activities over the next 18 months to raise much-needed funds for this worthy cause.
