SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a full-time Associate Manufacturing Operator - 3nd Shift located in St. Albans, Vermont. This role is responsible for the set up and running of Production equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

• Visually inspect the product during operation, observe equipment and process for proper operation, seek maintenance assistance for problems and recommend improvements.
• Assist with the set up and running of Production equipment.
• Prepare and clean manufacturing rooms and equipment for inspection as required and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored.
• Document material runs via Batch Production Records, In-Process Sheets, Log Books, and Time Sheets.
• Assist in training new personnel in the manufacturing operation under the guidance of the supervisor.
• Perform calibration on scales, line meters, coating ovens, micrometers, etc as instructed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Up to two years of experience is preferred. A combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Prior knowledge of production machine, scales, fork truck, hand cart, chain hoist, drum cart, etc, materials including roll stock, adhesive, API's, packaging components, cleaning solvents, labels, plastic bags, tape, shrink wrap, drums, boxes, skids, and documentation including SOP's, deduction cards, Batch Production Records, and In-Process Sheets is preferred.
