Job Title: Senior C&Q/CQV Engineer - Pharmaceutical Documentation SME
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Contract: W2 or 1099/C2C; long term 12 months plus extension, multiple years

Be the documentation authority on a pharmaceutical commissioning and qualification team, and the person who is just as comfortable walking down a system with a P&ID in hand as managing documentation across every phase of C&Q. This is a senior, hands-on seat for a true subject matter expert.

What You Bring (Required)

• Minimum of 8 years (10+ preferred) as a Pharmaceutical C&Q/CQV Engineer(documentation-specific depth, not general C&Q experience)
• Advanced, expert-level knowledge of documentation across all C&Q phases, not limited to a single phase or document type
• Strong P&ID fluency, with the ability to apply it directly in the field
• Direct experience supporting system startups
• Comfortable in a field-heavy role: this is not a desk-bound documentation position

What You'll Do

• Serve as the documentation SME across all phases of C&Q/CQV activities
• Spend a significant part of each day in the field conducting system walkdowns
• Work from and interpret P&IDs at a high level to support system verification and startup
• Support system startups directly, applying deep knowledge of system behavior and readiness
