R&D Project Manager Engineer to support a new Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system rollout.

Location Options: Warsaw, IN; Palm Beach, FL; Raynham, MA; OR West Chester, PA
Onsite: 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs).
Contract to Hire: 8-month contract with extension or conversion to full-time
Contract Type: W2 only
Rate: $80-$105 all inclusive, depending on experience

You'll lead the planning and delivery of business application projects that support R&D processes, acting as the key link between R&D stakeholders and IT. The scope covers:

• Leading cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and adoption
• Translating R&D workflows and business needs into clear system requirements
• Product ownership and roadmap management
• UAT support, change management, and reporting/data requirements

Must Haves

• 5-7 years of medical device experience in R&D and/or project management (senior-level R&D PM or R&D Engineer)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational and project management skills (scope, budget, contingency planning)
• Proficiency in MS Office

Nice to Have

• Experience with PPM business applications
