Job Title: Project Manager - Technical Services & Manufacturing Sciences (Tech Transfer)

About the Opportunity
Join the Technical Services and Manufacturing Sciences team of a global pharmaceutical organization as it expands to support new products moving from development into clinical and commercial supply. You will bring structure and momentum to tech transfer projects, so externally manufactured APIs, intermediates, and starting materials arrive safely, on time, and to a consistent quality standard.

What You'll Do

• Build and run integrated project plans, schedules, and milestones for tech transfer
• Manage scope and formal change control
• Coordinate tech transfer, PPQ, batch release, scheduling, supply chain, and shipments
• Support facility design, construction, and commissioning and qualification (C&Q)
• Keep internal teams and contract manufacturers aligned and accountable
• Maintain risk registers, dashboards, scorecards, decision logs, and action trackers
• Give leadership clear status reports and recommendations
• Keep collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) current
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

What You'll Bring

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Science, Engineering, or a project management-related field
• 3-4+ years in pharma manufacturing operations, tech transfer, or project management
• Ability to independently build complex project plans in MS Project and Jira, including critical path, risk registers, and change control
• Experience managing cross-functional and cross-company stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action
• Clear communication with technical and leadership audiences
• Adaptability in a fast-moving, multi-priority environment
• Team-based work experience

Nice to Have

• MS, MBA, or Master's in Project Management; PMP or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
• Hands-on experience with large molecule, peptide, or small molecule manufacturing
• Capital project or commercialization project experience
• Exposure to validation, tech transfer, CMC, GMP, Quality, or HSE
• Track record of influencing across business functions
