Planning Business Analyst

Description:

Provide company wide strategic, analytical, and technical support for solution activities delivered by the respective domain. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, conceptual designs, and technology solutions.
Lead and support the conceptualization, architecting, analysis, modeling, design, development, reporting, testing, quality assurance, implementation, integration, maintenance, administration, and support of business intelligence, data warehouse, analytical, reporting, and enterprise application solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business processes, evaluate solution alternatives, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Utilize appropriate methodologies, tools, and models to document requirements and solution designs, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and drive successful delivery of IT initiatives. Support the development of scalable reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring data quality, system integrity, and effective business adoption. Provide ongoing production support, process improvement recommendations, and technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Enterprise Applications, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, solution design, business process analysis, systems integration, testing, implementation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams to deliver complex enterprise solutions.
