The Maintenance Package Development Lead manages the maintenance package development effort for capital projects, including development, delivery, and implementation of maintenance activities required to establish effective maintenance plans. Including strategies, project engineering resource loading, timing, cost management.

Long term contract.

Hybrid to start then onsite full time in Richmond.

Must Have:

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing site experience
• Previous experience within capital projects or site expansions
• Greenfield or Brownfield is a plus
• Experience in maintenance strategy development, RCM, and CMMS integration within large capital project environments
• CMRP or project management certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance packages meet procedures, specifications, and planning requirements
• Communicate MPD requirements to project stakeholders early
• Develop MPD cost estimates and execution strategies
• Define site-specific maintenance requirements
• Coordinate between GFD, project teams, and Owner/User groups
• Implement and manage MPD tools and databases
• Develop RFPs, evaluate bids, and support contract awards
• Oversee MPD service providers and contractor performance
• Review and approve maintenance deliverables
• Audit CMMS data for quality and completeness
• Track progress, report metrics, and manage MPD scope changes
• Complete MPD project closeout documentation
