SRG is looking for a Contract Management / System Owner; Project Engineer to join our client's pharmaceutical manufacturing company for a large expansion project. This is a great opportunity to join a major industry project. You will serve as the key liaison between the Contract Management (CM) and Engineering/Construction Change Management (ECCM) teams, ensuring project activities remain on schedule and aligned with project requirements.

This is a multi-year contract located onsite in Lebanon, IN.

You are the right fit if you have the following experience:

• Contract Management / System Owner
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in this type of role.
• Experience with clean and coat room projects or adjacent/related areas.
• Experience or familiarity with architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) aspects.
• Industry background: Pharmaceutical, GMP-regulated, or manufacturing (including food industry cold rooms) is preferred.

Job Description:

• Monitor project milestones, manage change impacts, remove operational roadblocks, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to support successful project execution.
• Track and address any changes, ensuring smooth progress of related "packages".
• Identify and remove operational constraints.
• Work across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure each project phase proceeds as planned.
