About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Site Network Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise network infrastructure projects and operational initiatives across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on infrastructure professional who thrives in both technical and project-focused environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with network infrastructure technologies, including switches, routers, firewalls, controllers, and structured cabling. You will play a critical role in supporting site network operations, infrastructure upgrades, new facility builds, expansions, and modernization efforts.

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain site network infrastructure to ensure operational continuity and reliability.
• Lead and participate in infrastructure projects involving:
  • New site builds
  • Facility expansions and reductions
  • Decommissioning activities
  • Infrastructure upgrades and modifications
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support:
  • Network switches
  • Routers
  • Firewalls
  • Wireless controllers
• Provide technical consultation and infrastructure guidance to internal stakeholders, facilities teams, and IT partners.
• Support network-related incidents, changes, and problem resolution efforts.
• Review site designs, floor plans, and infrastructure requirements to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure deployment activities from planning through implementation, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Verify cabling and infrastructure installations meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and local technical resources to successfully deliver projects.
• Assist with asset procurement, configuration, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Network switches
  • Routers
  • Firewalls
  • Controllers
• Experience diagnosing and resolving network connectivity and cabling issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel 25%-75% as business needs require, including occasional short-notice travel.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (business mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to lift, rack, stack, and work with network infrastructure equipment as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale network environments.
• Exposure to site infrastructure design, implementation, and construction-related IT projects.
• Experience coordinating with facilities, construction teams, and third-party service providers.
