SRG is looking for a senior construction and piping project leader to join our client's team executing complex process and mechanical projects in highly regulated industrial environments. This is a long term contract position located onsite in Lebanon, IN with a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company expanding their site. (Pharmaceutical experience not required.)

The right candidate will have:

  1. Hands-on ownership of multimilliondollar piping scopes, strong contractor management capability, and proven field leadership with hygienic piping project needs.
  2. HVAC and piping experience, focusing on the mechanical and plumbing/piping components of MEP.
  3. 10+ years experience in construction management or PM
  4. Owners rep, working with design firm and EPCM firm for oversight. Going into the field reviewing EPCM firm work

Our client is looking for the following skills:

  • Overseeing pharmaceuticalgrade / hygienic process piping installations, including sanitary piping execution in highspec environments.
  • Coordinate with EPCM teams, construction, QA/QC, and scheduling/controls, and drive execution through structured planning, lookaheads, and recovery actions.
  • Regulated / hygienic process piping oversight (field execution, quality, installation readiness)
  • Multicontractor management (12+ contractors and large craft workforces)
  • Budget, schedule, and cost control on complex capital projects
  • Direct interface with EPCM partners and internal stakeholders
  • Safety, quality, and documentation discipline through construction and turnover
