ERP Data Entry Specialist - Pharma/Biotech/Chemical Industry
Our client is seeking an ERP system Data Entry and Administrative Support Specialist to join their team onsite in Columbus, OH. You will provide data entry and administrative support managing, tracking, and analyzing stability studies for product shelf-life and expiration dates to the GMP Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory team to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely processing of records.
- Shift: Day shift - some flexibility, 8 hours between 7:30 and 5:30, plus lunch.
- Pay Rate: $25 to $30/hr
- Contract Length: 6 months or longer
- Location: Columbus, OH, onsite
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred (life sciences, business, or related field)
- 1-3 years of ERP data entry, preferably in QA, regulatory, or healthcare/pharmaceutical environment
Preferred:
- Novatek Stability Software (Nova-Stability) or other ERP comprehensive lifecycle management system
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical industries (GMP regulated)
- Manage, track, and analyze stability studies for product shelf-life and expiration dates
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems, document management systems, or regulatory databases (preferred)
- Basic understanding of QA/regulatory processes is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and databases
- Support QA/Regulatory processes by ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies in a timely manner
- Upload, label, and organize documents within electronic systems (e.g., CRM, document management systems)
- Assist with maintaining regulatory records, logs, and audit-ready documentation
