Our client is seeking a Data Entry and Administrative Support Specialist to join their team onsite in Columbus, OH. You will provide data entry and administrative support to the Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory team to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely processing of records.

  • Shift: Day shift - some flexibility, 8 hours between 7:30 and 5:30, plus lunch.
  • Pay Rate: $25 to $28/hr
  • Contract Length: 6 months or longer
  • Location: Columbus, OH, onsite

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred (life sciences, business, or related field)
  • 1-3 years of data entry or administrative experience, preferably in QA, regulatory, or healthcare/pharmaceutical environment

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems, document management systems, or regulatory databases (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of QA/regulatory processes is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and databases
  • Support QA/Regulatory processes by ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards
  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies in a timely manner
  • Upload, label, and organize documents within electronic systems (e.g., CRM, document management systems)
  • Assist with maintaining regulatory records, logs, and audit-ready documentation
