Lab Operations Associate - Overview
Support day-to-day lab operations by preparing media/reagents, maintaining equipment, and ensuring efficient, high-quality lab services.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare media and reagents; document work in ELN
Follow SOPs, recipes, and safety protocols
Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on lab equipment
Coordinate vendor services for calibration and PM
Maintain records in CMMS
Support lab operations (autoclaving, glassware, inventory)
Assist with lab improvement projects

Qualifications
BS in Molecular/Cell Biology or related field
3+ years lab operations experience (industry)
2+ years media/reagent prep
Aseptic techniques experience
Equipment maintenance and vendor coordination experience
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Nice to Have
ELN/LIMS (e.g., Benchling)
JIRA, Slack
5S or lab improvement experience
