SRG is seeking a Project Manager to support capital projects ranging from $10M-$25M within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will focus on driving project execution, coordination, and delivery while partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within a major capital expansion initiative.

Contract: 12+ months; up to 3+ years

Contract Type: W2 or 1099/C2C

Location: Onsite Richmond, Va

MUST HAVES:

  • 5-10+ years of project management level experience
  • Experience managing projects in the $10M-$25M range
  • Pharmaceutical experience required
  • Strong understanding of GMP/regulatory environments
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Soft skills: Team player, strong communication, no hand holding, hit's the ground running, motivated, excited to work on a CAPEX Mega project.

Preferred / Tiered Experience

  • Tier 1 (Highly Preferred): API manufacturing experience
  • Tier 2: Fill-Finish, Parenteral, or device assembly GMP experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for mid-scale CAPEX projects
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Validation, QA, Manufacturing, and vendors
  • Support execution of site expansion initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track
  • Track project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure alignment with GMP requirements and quality standards
  • Contribute to continuous project improvement and operational efficiency
