General Overview:
The Project Manager will lead and support delivery of high‑priority, high‑visibility initiatives for the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) Technology Business Office (TBO). This role supports strategic, enterprise‑wide initiatives that inform operational performance and enable executive decision‑making. This position operates in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment with evolving priorities, requiring sound judgment, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- BA or BS required, with 3 - 5 years minimum of directly relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive‑level initiatives, including structured project management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
- Strong experience with the Microsoft suite of products, including Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas) and SharePoint (site organization and use of document libraries, permissions, version control).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including creation of executive‑ready presentations under tight timelines (same‑day or next‑day turnaround). Demonstrated ability to design and use slide masters and custom layouts; build advanced data visualizations (e.g., waterfall, stacked bar charts); and convert dense, complex analysis into clear and concise executive summaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ETG Executive Leadership Team-level initiatives, ensuring continuity, clarity, and disciplined execution across multiple concurrent efforts.
- Develop clear, executive‑level narratives and high‑quality work products (e.g. PowerPoint presentations).
- Lead all phases of project and workstream management, including scope, schedule, milestones, metrics, governance, and financial considerations; revise plans as needs evolve.
- Design and apply analytic frameworks to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy, prioritization, and decision‑making.
- Effectively communicate technical and operational concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and stakeholders.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Background in management consulting, Chief of Staff, corporate strategy or business operations roles.
- Based in Pacific Time or willing to work Pacific Time hours preferred.
