We're adding a Business Development professional to support scientific diligence, external technology search, and early partnership evaluation as the organization scales. This is a non‑traditional BD role focused on therapeutic and platform assessment rather than deal execution.

What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate external drug delivery technologies, especially tissue‑targeted delivery platforms
• Conduct early‑stage asset diligence and bridge opportunities with internal scientific teams
• Coordinate internal evaluations and manage early partner conversations
• Support competitive intelligence efforts and out‑licensing strategy
• Act as an external‑facing coordinator with a project‑management mindset

Background & Experience

• ~5-10 years of industry experience (flexible based on background)
• Strong hands‑on exposure to drug discovery and asset development
• Experience in search, evaluation, or scientific diligence (not traditional deal structuring) business development
• Ability to critically assess external technologies and translational data
• Comfortable with modern productivity tools and curious about applying AI tools appropriately in life sciences
