We're hiring for a Laboratory Technician (Metallographic) with a leading manufacturer of complex aerospace, defense, and medical device components to join our client's team in DEVENS, MASS. This person will be performing all critical processes of metallography and providing documented results to multiple teams such as Materials and Process Engineering. (Metallographic experience is NOT required.)

Location: Onsite - Devens, Mass (1st, 2nd & 3rd shift options)
Rate: $30-$33/hr; W2 contract plus benefit options; negotiable rate
CONTRACT TO HIRE! 6 months contract then permanent hire with all included benefits

Required:

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Experience working in a Lab setting
• Experience in a GMP setting
• Experience performing analysis and tests in the lab setting
• Bachelor's Degree

This position will

• Prepare metallic samples for engineering evaluation and part process qualification
• Perform all critical processes of metallography and providing documented results
• Work closely with the Material Engineering group and Process Engineering alongside the QC team
• Perform analysis and tests in the lab setting

This position is hiring now and will start as a 6 month contract and then become a permanent employee. Local candidates or individuals willing to relocate closer will all be considered!
