SRG is searching for a Civil Project Engineer consultant to join our pharmaceutical client in Lebanon, IN!

You will act as the Package Project Manager for key civil and architectural scope areas on a large-scale capital project.

This role requires strong scope control, change management, and coordination across multiple stakeholders, including EPCM partners, design engineering firms, and construction contractors.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or related
• Five or more years of experience in construction management or project management
• Acting as an owner's representative, working closely with design firms and engineering, procurement, and construction management firms for project oversight; role is primarily office‑based with limited time spent directly in the field
• Experience managing packages that include fireproofing, exterior cladding and glazing, roofing, and firestopping; experience with cold rooms is preferred but not a strict requirement
• Change order review and validation
• Experience in pharmaceutical environments preferred; other regulated industries acceptable, including medical device and chemical manufacturing; oil and gas experience is not desired
• Experience managing project scopes with a minimum value of $10-15M or greater

Long term contract with a high hourly rate and per diem if needed. Benefit options also available. This is an onsite position.
