We're currently hiring a Project Controls Director to do Project Leadership & Oversight in our client's API manufacturing facility. This is a contract position located onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana. Pharmaceutical experience preferred, Oil and Gas considered.

On a day to day basis you will provide to senior leadership (executive stakeholders):

• A data-driven plan vs. actual narrative
• Clear visibility into trends, variances, and outcomes
• Eliminate ambiguity around performance accountability.
• Primavera P6 expertise (hard requirement) - must be hands-on.
• Proven experience leading earned value and performance management on large, complex capital projects.
• Strong construction-phase project controls or CAPEX PM background.
• Mega-project experience (pharma preferred but can be oil and gas)
• Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate project performance to senior leadership.
• High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability.

This is a long-term contract role with a rate of $130-$150/hr, all-inclusive.
