SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a Project Information Management (PIM) Lead to play a critical role supporting large-scale capital projects beginning at the end of conceptual design through the start of basic design. This role is responsible for governing how project information is transferred, stored, named, and controlled across multiple platforms and stakeholders-primarily between external engineering firms and internal project teams.

*Onsite/Hybrid Options: Huntsville, AL

*Contract: 12 month contract, 5+ years

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Large Capital / Mega-Project Experience ($1B+) - Must have supported projects with extreme document volume and complex information handoffs, mirroring the scale and pace of this program.
  • Hands-On Ownership of File Transfer & Naming Governance -Proven experience enforcing file transfer processes, naming conventions, and folder structures between engineering firms and owner teams.
  • SharePoint-Centered Information Management - Strong working knowledge of SharePoint as a live execution platform, not just a storage tool.
  • Document & Drawing Management Across Disciplines - Experience managing hundreds of drawings, specs, and process documents across engineering, construction, and project teams keeping information structured and retrievable.
  • Ability to Function as a Central Control Point - Demonstrated ability to be the "calm in the noise" an organized, detail-driven professional who keeps cross-functional teams aligned as project pressure and complexity increase.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Prior PIM work plan development
  • cGMP project background
  • Exposure to Procore, ACC, Bluebeam, Kneat, or Oracle systems

Responsibilities:

  • Own and enforce project data transfer processes, including file naming conventions, folder structures, and document control standards in accordance with Lilly governance
  • Manage high-volume information flow (hundreds of drawings, specs, and process documents) between engineering firms and internal Lilly stakeholders
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for incoming/outgoing documentation, ensuring files are correctly routed, stored, and accessible in the appropriate systems
  • Act as a steady presence to "keep heads on straight" by bringing order and clarity to complex information flows across disciplines
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, and Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) to support downstream use of data in CMMS and site systems
  • Execute and maintain Project Information Management (PIM) plans and work plans
