Principal Project Manager/Tech Transfer - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Contract: 1 year plus extension
*W2 contract employees ONLY; 12 month contract; no relo assistance
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience required in GMP manufacturing
- Provide expert project management leading complex projects involving large cross-functional teams
- Lead site tech transfer projects
- Know the Engineering process and equipment
- System owner - troubleshoot, work on day-to-day deviations, chromatography skids
- Analytical maintenance skills
- Knows biologics processes, unit operations filtrations, investigate equipment failure, technical writing
- Bachelors Degree required
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams in an operational cGMP manufacturing environment
- Successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of assigned projects, including design, construction, safety, change control and commissioning.
- Expert in managing, organizing, distributing, developing, and implementing project delivery including work break-down structure, estimating, risk analysis, cGMP quality, critical path scheduling and safety
- Ability to successfully interact with and influence executives and lead multiple complex project teams
- Expertise in sourcing and contracting required external service providers including design, construction, equipment and qualification firms.
