Corporate Finance Manager FP&A
Senior Manager, International FP&A (Contract)
📍 Hybrid - Princeton, NJ (Onsite Tues-Thurs)
💲 $73-78/hr (W2)
🕒 4-month contract
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager-level FP&A professional to support an international business unit during a temporary leadership gap. This role sits within International FP&A and will partner closely with global stakeholders across Europe and Asia.
What You'll Do
- Lead international forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Drive monthly and quarterly P&L flash, commentary, and variance analysis
- Consolidate financials across international markets (Europe & Asia)
- Support R&D, Regulatory, and Global Finance budgeting processes
- Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
- Ensure accuracy of actuals, accruals, and spend tracking
- Partner cross-functionally to support strategic decision-making
- Assist with ad hoc projects and portfolio reviews
What We're Looking For
- 7-10+ years of FP&A experience (Senior Manager-level preferred)
- Strong background in international FP&A and consolidation
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise
- Experience with ERP and forecasting tools (SAP required; OneStream or similar a plus)
- Industry experience in healthcare, pharma, medical device, or manufacturing (not services)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting regulated environments
- Exposure to multidimensional databases (Hyperion, BPC, TM1)
