Lorien, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to support the leadership team in a large-scale global SAP rollout!

*Onsite: Conshohoken, PA (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)

*Contract: 18 months plus extension!

*W2 contracts only, we cannot accept C2C or 1099 at this time.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resource hours, tracking resource costs, monitoring and reporting project resources burn-out progress and preparing management reports to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Project Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in project administration or coordination
  • Large-scale IT or SAP projects
  • Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with global teams.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems or large-scale ERP rollouts is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage resource hours across multiple teams, including internal and external teams and geographies to ensure accurate reporting and allocation.
  • Monitor and manage resource costs, ensuring alignment with project budgets and financial goals.
  • Prepare and deliver regular management reports, including project status updates, resource utilization, and cost analysis.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and processes.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues related to resource management and costs.
  • Assist Project Management team to approve timesheets, track training using time tracking tool, Clarity, mandatory background check etc.
  • Sharepoint operations for document repository
  • Maintaining documentation for applicable Pharma & Life Sciences compliance and audit (internal & external) activities (ISO, SoX, GxP)
  • Maintaining business continuity activities (BCP) and implement process for the project
