Project Manager - Medical Device
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead the construction of a state‑of‑the‑art lab-from equipment procurement through full operational readiness. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in complex, highly regulated environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead all phases of project management to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
- Partner cross-functionally to keep construction, equipment, and operations aligned
- Ensure full GMP regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee equipment procurement, delivery, verification, and validation
- Identify and mitigate risks by developing proactive contingency plans
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation within the project management tracking system
What You Bring
- 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in biotech, pharma, or lab facility projects
- Proven experience with new laboratory builds
- Background in microbiology and sterilization practices
- Experience leading equipment verification and validation activities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Biotechnology, or a related field
