  • Document all laboratory work in compliance with GMP/GLP and internal quality standards
  • Troubleshoot analytical or stability-related issues and support laboratory investigations

  • Maintain laboratory instruments through calibration, standardization, and routine maintenance
  • Follow all laboratory safety and housekeeping policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field
  • 1-3+ years of laboratory experience (stability testing, QC, or analytical chemistry preferred)
  • Familiarity with stability study design, cGMP, and ICH/FDA stability guidelines
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (HPLC/UPLC, GC, UV/VIS)
  • Strong technical writing, documentation, and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in team-based environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Experience with statistical modeling tools or electronic laboratory systems (LIMS, Empower, ELN)
  • Background in pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Experience supporting OOS/OOT investigations and root cause analysis

Key Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving R&D environments
  • Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
