We are looking for an expert Project Manager to join our client's executive team. Fully remote, looking for someone to do east coast hours. Out client is a national non-for-profit organization that works with hospitals and healthcare facilities. This position will focus on translating IT teams business lines.

Location Requirements: Remote; EST hours
Duration: 3 months to start with extension and potential to become permanent

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of PM Experience
  • Industry: Healthcare/Hospital background required
  • Reporting to the CIO and translating IT teams business lines
  • BA or BS
  • Experience creating presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Look at strategy, budgeting/revenue, and create stories through presentation
  • Expert in powerpoint presentations and have excellent communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leads the delivery of a complex project. Maintains a tactical focus. Sets clear objectives and defined deliverables. Develops cost benefit analyses for the project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns. Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
