Our client is building out their team and has approval to hire four (4) Validation Engineer II contractors immediately. Interviews are happening ASAP.

If you're a hands‑on validation engineer with experience in biomanufacturing, temperature mapping, calibration, or equipment/process validation, this is a strong opportunity to step into a fast‑moving, high‑impact program.

🔧 What You'll Do

✅ Validation & Qualification

• Support validation activities for biomanufacturing processes, equipment, utilities, and systems
• Participate in IQ/OQ/PQ, temperature mapping, and calibration activities
• Execute approved validation protocols and support deviation resolution

📊 Data & Process Control

• Measure and evaluate instrument, equipment, and software performance
• Analyze data to confirm systems operate as intended and remain in control
• Support ongoing process monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives

🧬 Biomanufacturing Support

• Establish and maintain methods to control validated manufacturing processes
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality product output through compliant validation practices
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams

📋 Documentation & Compliance

• Document validation activities in accordance with GMP requirements
• Support audit readiness and inspection support
• Maintain accurate, clear, and compliant validation records

🎯 What You Bring

✅ 3-5 years of experience in Validation Engineering or a related role
✅ Experience in biomanufacturing, pharma, or regulated life sciences environments
✅ Exposure to temperature mapping, calibration, and equipment/process validation
✅ Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills
✅ Understanding of GMP‑regulated manufacturing
✅ Ability to work 100% onsite and move quickly in a fast‑paced environment
