🛠️ Senior Maintenance Technician (CNC) - 1st Shift

Are you a hands‑on CNC Maintenance expert who enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical problems? This is a great opportunity to step into a senior‑level role supporting a regulated MedTech manufacturing environment where your expertise will make an immediate impact.

We're seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support a production team that needs advanced troubleshooting capability - especially with CNC machines (Haas preferred) - and experience working in FDA/GMP‑regulated facilities.


🔧 What You'll Do

⚙️ CNC & Equipment Maintenance

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Haas CNC mills and lathes
  • Troubleshoot and repair gearboxes, motors (AC/DC), servos, VFDs, sensors, and control components
  • Support equipment changeovers, alignments, testing, and verification

💡 Mechanical, Electrical & Hydraulic Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems (valves, pumps, actuators)
  • Maintain ovens, heaters, and temperature‑controlled equipment
  • Perform PLC‑adjacent troubleshooting and instrumentation support

📐 Technical & Documentation Support

  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings
  • Use meters, calibration kits, and diagnostic tools to resolve failures
  • Document all work in CMMS systems following GDP/GMP standards

🛡️ Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, OSHA, and internal safety policies
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts

🎯 What You Bring

5+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience in manufacturing
✅ Strong experience maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machines (Haas required)
✅ Advanced mechanical aptitude (motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, drive systems)
✅ Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, and calibration
✅ Experience in FDA/GMP‑regulated environments
✅ Skilled with hand tools, power tools, welding, and fabrication
✅ Comfortable working with ovens and controlled‑environment equipment
