We are looking for a Process Piping Qaulity Control SME to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing site team. A candidate coming from the Pharmaceutical or Oil & Gas industry highly preferred. Onsite in Lebanon, IN.

*This is a long term contract!! 1-5 years.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in QC for large-scale EPC projects
  • Industry: Pharmaceutical or Oil & Gas preferred.
  • Project Size Experience: $100M+ (not managed, worked on)
  • Strong background in quality control and process piping systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as client representative in the field between contstruction team and pharmaceutical team.
  • Monitor and verify that installed piping matches approved drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure construction teams adhere to quality standards and procedures.
  • Identify work fronts, ask questions, and collaborate with Fluor to resolve issues.
  • Serve as the eyes and ears for quality compliance on-site.
  • Provide technical expertise in carbon steel and stainless steel process piping, and alloys
  • Support resolution of field hiccups by working with Fluor to develop practical solutions.
