Lebanon, IN | Onsite: 3 days/week through August, then 4 days/week
Contract | 12 months with potential extension
Pay: $100-$115/hour (all‑inclusive)
Work Authorization: 1099 preferred; W2/C2C considered
Lead the electrical scope for a mega capital project.
We're seeking a hands‑on Technical Project Manager with a deep Electrical Engineering background to act as the owner's representative-driving quality, safety, compliance, schedule, and cost performance across a large, complex site.
What you'll do
- Own the full electrical scope: HV/LV systems, power distribution, lighting, lightning protection, and automation/control.
- Drive project execution on a large‑scale site; keep timelines and budgets on track.
- Build/manage detailed schedules in Primavera P6; oversee cost/risk/change controls (e.g., Unifier) and apply established execution guidelines.
- Lead commissioning-sequence tests and ensure safe‑to‑operate conditions.
- Partner with construction managers, agencies, and cross‑functional teams; support procurement and vendor management.
- Maintain rigorous quality and risk management throughout the project lifecycle; ensure code, standards, and safety compliance.
What you bring
- 10+ years in electrical engineering + project management for $50M+ capital projects.
- Strong PM leadership with EE fundamentals; ownership mindset and ability to drive scope independently.
- Commissioning/sequence/testing expertise; brownfield experience preferred (greenfield acceptable).
- Regulated industry background (pharma or medical device a plus).
- Tools: Primavera P6, cost/risk/change management (Unifier), commissioning processes.
- Certifications: OSHA 30 preferred; PE license desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
