Job description / summary

The client is looking for CAPEX Procurement Support responsible for preparing and leading procurement tenders for capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects. This includes developing RFx processes, managing bid adjudications, and negotiating commercial agreements such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), project-specific Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Orders. The position ensures compliance with company policies, optimizes cost efficiency, and supports timely delivery of critical assets for strategic projects.
On a daily basis, this person will be doing the following:
  • Prepare and lead end-to-end procurement tenders for CAPEX projects.
  • Develop and execute RFx processes (RFP, RFQ, RFT) ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project management, and stakeholders to define specifications and requirements.

Qualification:
  • 5+ years in procurement with a focus on CAPEX projects.
  • Proven experience in RFx processes, bid adjudication, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools
  • Strong understanding of CAPEX procurement lifecycle and project management principles.
Nice to have:
  • CPSM, CIPS, PMP or equivalent procurement/project management certifications would be nice to have.
