LAB TECHNICIAN to join our agricultural/chemical development team! This a 40-hr/week contract position. Benefits offered.

Work Location: Kunia, HI

1st Shift - 7am onsite

W2 contract: $25-27/hr

Responsibilities Include:

• Generate and/or evaluate lab-scale samples, testing for customer technical programs, process and product research programs and manufacturing support and provide relevant information for further decisions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment needed for production and routine processing & property evaluation and supporting machine scale-up work.
• Maintain appropriate logs, notebooks and other records including computer documents.
• Provide internet and other information searches as needed for problem solving.
• Understand and follow EHS, SOPs and Responsible Care rules, regulations and guidelines maintaining a safe work environment.

Capabilities:

• Laboratory experience
• Capable of managing multiple tasks
• Working effectively with more than one technical supervisor
• Interfacing with other functions such as manufacturing and research personnel, interfacing directly with customers if needed, and providing timely results to assure the quality of products shipped to customers.
