Role Overview:
Lead planning, execution, timelines, and budgets for early-stage assets. Act as the key integrator across Development, Clinical, Operations, CMC, and other teams. Build project management capabilities, governance, and reporting across the enterprise. Reports to SVP, Asset Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead asset teams, translating development strategy into actionable plans.
- Create and maintain integrated cross-functional program plans; manage scenarios, options, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive risk management, program execution, and adherence to governance processes.
- Align asset development plans with corporate strategy; lead decision-making and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain program budgets and forecasts with Finance and team leaders.
- Build and sustain high-performing teams; conduct process analysis and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical drug development; 5+ years as project management lead on early-stage teams.
- Deep drug development knowledge (Oncology/Hematology preferred); understanding of research, clinical, manufacturing, and regulatory functions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills.
