SRG, the leader in the Life Sciences human capital industry, is looking for a contract CMM Programmer in Newburyport, MA.

Our client is an evolving manufacturing client that is in need of a contractor to come in and help their team. The CMM Programmer will be responsible for operating machinery and work collaboratively across teams such as QC inspectors, Engineering, and other functional stakeholders. The perfect fit would come in and be a self-starter who doesn't need to be managed heavily. With that being said, that would entail having CMM Programmer experience. While a specific number of years isn't required, our client expects that this person knows what they are doing.

On a daily basis this person will work with quality inspectors to run machines, reviewing the drawings from the customers from other engineering teams and understand what needs to be done and from there, program the machine that criteria and make sire its running properly. This person will be a one-man team who should feel comfortable navigating challenging and issues that come up. They will be working with the actual machine and software.

JOB Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Experienced CMM Programmer
• Self-starter
• Operating Machinery
• Team collaboration: Work closely with machinists, operators, and quality inspectors to uphold product quality and resolve challenges efficiently.
• Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections

Nice to have but not a must:

• Zeiss CMM with Calypso
• Medical Device Experience
